A few things have happened in the past week that maybe people would like to hear about and others may not. First we bought a new couch. Our old couch was good but a little deep and wide for our small place. So we decided to purchase a new one. The sales lady asked if we wanted the scotch guard protection. We looked at Kyle and said yes. After bringing the couch home and screwing on the feet my wife imposed all these new rules. Such as, no eating on it and no gas expulsion. She has also said no throwing the cushions and climbing on it.

Next major thing: Kyle is still getting into everything. He is doing much better and having fun. He used my drill case and drawing tablet as a slide. Sorry no pictures he was too quick. He knows the things that he should be doing and tries to get away with everything. I ask him to go get his shoes and he goes all over the house looking for his shoes at his eye level. He even trips over his shoes and gets up and looks for them at eye level. Once they are pointed out he know what to do with them. He knows that he is suppose to be taking a nap. He will go to bed and lay down. Once the door is closed he gets up and plays in the crib. He is not the quiet player. When we go back in to put him down again, he looks at us, grabs his stuffed animals, smiles and lays down. Once the door is shut he is bouncing in the crib again.

| After Kyle was taken off high flow oxygen they gave him longer tube to move around. But he never used it so we tucked it in his diaper. |
Lastly I have another bucket of blocks to give out. Rather than do a guessing game, this time the people who want them will have to earn them. Please e-mail me why you deserve this bucket of blocks. My wife and I will choose the best three or four stories and put them up for a vote next week. Remember others will be voting on your stories and I like funny ones. The person who receives the most votes will get the blocks. Just for informative purposes, these blocks are from scrap wood and have only been belt sanded smooth. They are finished in mineral oil only. There are some blocks that are made out of hard wood. If these blocks are thrown and make contact, damage and injuries may occur. This bucket as a lot of weird shapes, I am not sure of all that I was working on that resulted from these scraps.
My e-mail address is bqanderson@gmail.com. All stories must be submitted by Saturday, April 9th.
