Well it has been a little while since I have posted either about my wood working or my family. So here is a big update post. At the end of June the family took a trip down to San Diego. While I was working in Mexico, Katie and the family toured downtown San Diego. They went to the zoo and the Mormon Battalion visitor center. Here are the pictures. I can't narrate because I was not there.

I have been working out in the garage and Kyle has been helping. We seem to have received an abundance of wood from a few different sources. I have been working to use some of it up so that my sister can have her spot in the garage back. I failed in that regard but I do have some fun projects that I will be showing off in the near future. I have been working on three projects. I realized I have run out of tugboats so I have been working on increasing my supply for baby showers. Kyle has helped:

The next project is a slit drum also known as a tone drum. Kyle and his friend tested a couple of them for me. He also managed to put a puzzle piece in one that I will never be able to get out.
The last project is a doll bassinet. Fun project. I don't have any pictures of them yet. Kyle did pound in the screw plugs and knew what tools I needed when I asked for them. He did not like the drill press.
Joshua is doing fine. He is eating, sleeping, and making lots of cute faces. He likes to only sleep when he is being held, but always has a smile on his face.
Other random things from the Anderson's
Kyle has graduated to a toddler bed. Sometimes it is a good thing and other times not so much. Joshua has rolled over from front to back twice and will not do it again. He is also balding slightly. Hopefully I will soon post more.
